Why am i not receiving emails.
Recently, on July 13th, 2020, i redeemed some points as usual and waited for my reward confirmation email. i never received it. So the next day i went to the History page and clicked on Resend. I never got it. I contacted Microsoft Support and was told do a bunch of things i had already done. I verified that the email extensions weren't blocked.
