I have a Nissan Xterra 2008 (200K miles). A week ago it was hard to start and have VDC and OD off lights on with the check engine light. It also appeared to have a slip/stall in the engine (almost like a momentary shift or underperformance). I pulled the code 0340, camshaft position sensor. I've taken it to the dealer, but the light wouldn't turn on when they had it and they couldn't find anything wrong. They checked the brakes and said that everything ... While I was doing the wiring I had the negative wire unplugged from the battery just to be safe. When I reattached it, the VDC off light is on and won't turn off when I keep pressing the VDC button. I have an 06 Xterra OR, manual tranny. Lately the VDC and Slip light have been turning on intermittently. Last trip to the dealer, they could not find a problem, said the brake fluid was a little low and the batter was low as well. Well it happened today on the way to work again. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Thanks
